About ITS in UK
ITS has its origins in the North Sea market with its first facility being opened in 1986 in Aberdeen.
Today, the Aberdeen facility provides a one-stop service for customers operating throughout the North Sea with a wide range of in-house manufacturing, inspection and repair capabilities. The facility is API approved and holds several premium threading and hardbanding licences from OCTG manufacturers. In addition, we provide a rental service for an extensive range of quality drilling equipment to customers operating throughout Europe – a service that is supported from our satellite facility based in Great Yarmouth.
In 2006, we opened a pressure control division to provide customers with quality rental packages for blow out preventers and accessory equipment. This division has since achieved success servicing the European, Caspian, Middle East and Latin American markets. Located at a separate facility in Aberdeen, we offer rental, repair and recertification on a comprehensive range of pressure control equipment to API, DNV, ABS, BV and NORSOK standards.
In the UK, we are fully committed to management controls in all QHSE principles – a policy that is recognised by both our machine shop and pressure control division holding ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditation.
